International Missions
International missions and evangelism is at the core of everything we do. Taking the Great Commission to heart Carlos has traveled to over 25 countries carrying the message of hope and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Through New Life Outreach Church, Carlos has overseen church plants in João Pessoa, Brazil and Accra, Ghana and Santiago De Los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. He has also provided ministry training and mentorship to hundreds of international pastors and leaders.
Providing not just personal evangelism but sustaining the mission through practical training ensures that local churches will thrive as they reach their communities with the life-giving truth of the gospel.
New Life Outreach Church
Our vision is to present Christ to the City of Richmond, the state, and the entire world in a living and new way. To bring individuals and families to a fellowship of believers where they can grow and be blessed and develop a living relationship with God through their faith in Jesus Christ and discover God’s plan and purpose for their lives. To provide ministry that touches and transforms hurting people and restoring them through the love of God, proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom worldwide and bringing the lost to the eternal peace of God that passes all knowledge.
The Hope Movement is reaching communities in a powerful way. With personal heart-to-heart ministry, we are taking the church out of the four walls and into to the streets to bring light into the darkest places.
New Life For Adults and Youth
New Life For Adults and Youth has offered both hope and help to troubled and addicted young people and their despairing families for more than 50 years and have a long history of success in both outreach and residential programs.
This faith-based ministry has recovery homes for men, women, and moms with children. Miracles happen in these homes every day as young people are freed from bondage to drugs and alcohol.
Carlos serves with his wife Rosalinda Rivera as Executive Directors of this impactful ministry. His passion to see lives transformed is at the heart of his work.
